We have had 3 storage units (1 large and 2 small) over the past 3 years at Pines & Trent. In that period of time, we have had no problems whatsoever. In fact, we have been treated great all this time. We have been very pleased with the service and the reasonable costs.

I researched online for storage facilities near me - I was impressed from the start with the amenities offered as per their website - digital surveillance, fenced facility, code-required gate entry, and their effort to avert runoff and flooding. The units looked clean online but I wanted to see if the units + facility passes the eye test. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and assisted by Sherrie W. To be honest, she was the reason why I decided to give P&T my storage business needs. She has character trait that lends itself well to her professional side - making the customer feel 100% engaged while assisting to my needs while also helping other customers who popped in, both in-person and by phone - with no drop off and in an expedient, professional manner. Sherrie is truly an asset to P&T and many that submit reviews echo my sentiment. Keep up the SUPERB job that you do! We have been renting a unit here for four years and it has been a great experience the entire time. The facility is always clean. The staff is friendly and very professional (knowing us by name), and we know our belongings are always safe with the great security features in place. We highly recommend using this facility!
